All prices include final cleaning, bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking.
Check-in & Check-out
On the day of arrival, the vacation rental will be available to you starting at 4:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the property by 9:00 a.m.
Deposit
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due one week before the start of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation with us completely free of charge up to 3 months before your scheduled arrival.
If something does come up, the following tiered cancellation fees apply (calculated based on the total room rate):
- Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival (from the 90th to the 31st day): 40% of the room rate
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival (from the 30th to the 8th day): 70% of the room rate
- During the last week before arrival (from the 7th day to 1 day prior): 90% of the room rate
- On the day before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the room rate
