  • Where is the Bonholz Guest House located?

    Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet location on Stummerberg, surrounded by nature, yet only a few minutes' drive from the valley.

  • Are there parking spaces near the house?

    Yes, parking is available right next to the guesthouse.

  • Are the apartments fully equipped?

    Yes. Both apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen-living room, cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony.

  • How do I make the payment?

    To confirm your reservation, we ask that you pay a deposit of 50% of the trip price via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due one week before the start of your vacation.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    You can cancel your reservation with us completely free of charge up to 3 months before your scheduled arrival.

    If something does come up, the following tiered cancellation fees apply (calculated based on the total room rate):

    • Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation
    • 3 months to 1 month before arrival (from the 90th to the 31st day): 40% of the room rate
    • 1 month to 1 week before arrival (from the 30th to the 8th day): 70% of the room rate
    • During the last week before arrival (from the 7th day to 1 day prior): 90% of the room rate
    • On the day before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the room rate

  • How far is it to the Hochzillertal ski resort?

    The Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach is just a short drive from the guesthouse, making it the perfect choice for your winter vacation.

  • Are bed linens and towels provided?

    Yes, bed linens and towels are provided in the apartments.

  • Is there Wi-Fi at the guesthouse?

    Yes, Wi-Fi is available to you during your stay.

  • When are check-in and check-out?

    • On the day of your arrival, the vacation rental will be available to you starting at 4:00 p.m.
    • On the day of your departure, please vacate the house by 9:00 a.m.

  • Are there any shops and restaurants nearby?

    Yes. In Stumm, Kaltenbach, and the surrounding towns, you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and other shopping options.
